What should I do in case of damaged parts during transport?

Due to the type of materials and packaging, damage during transport is very, very rare

In any case, we invite you upon delivery, to carefully check that the package or pallet is intact and not damaged. Only after this check you can accept the delivery; if you have doubts or the delivery appears damaged, write in the document that you are asked to sign for receipt: I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE.

If goods arrive at their destination broken or damaged, we undertake to replace the product at our expense, only and exclusively if the breakage or damage is detected in the presence of the courier who made the delivery or if it is indicated on the receipt document: I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE.
