Which shipping methods are available? Is it possible to have free shipping?
At checkout you will be able to choose the delivery method necessary for your needs.
We provide these services:
- Standard Delivery: delivery in 3-6 days, depending on the country;
- Express Delivery: delivery in 1-3 days, depending on the country.
The service is entrusted to DHL or FEDEX couriers depending on the destination location to ensure worldwide coverage.
👍 After completing the Shipping Address section, an algorithm will calculate the shipping costs based on the delivery location and the estimated weight of the package.
⭐ Standard delivery costs are free in the EU area for orders over €250 (excluding VAT).
Shipping costs do not include any taxes, duties and/or customs charges applied by the country of entry (non-EU).
It is also not possible for us to ship to countries subject to restrictions or embargoes, nor is it possible for us to ship to Russia.
We do not provide on-site collection, except in special emergencies agreed in advance with our staff: in any case, shipping charges will be applied.
