Is it possible to replace a file after placing the order?

Replacing a file after placing an order is possible, but under certain conditions only.

It is possible to request the replacement of a file for an completed order only if the order:

  • it has still to enter the production phase;
  • the change made to the file is of a minimum nature ( such feature will be assessed by the technicians upon receipt of the replacement file).

If the file shows too much deviation from the original geometry, you will be notified by our technicians and informed of the appropriate procedure to be undertaken.
